Joanne Hamel, Director general, and Rose Lopez, Partnership coordinator, represented the SLGO at the Canadian Hydrographic Conference (CHC 2010) held June 21, 22 and 23 in Quebec City under the theme: "Hydrography: science, technology and people dedicated to the maritime world". The conference provided an opportunity for the international hydrographic community to meet and share knowledge and experiences during various workshops, sessions and demonstrations. Ms Hamel participated as one of the speakers of the "Data dissemination" session chaired by Adam J. Kerr, Editor of the International Hydrographic Review.
Delegates representing Technopole maritime du Québec included SLGO, CIDCO, Multi-électronique, Reformar, Innovation Maritime and Institut maritime du Québec.
