On February 24, Mr. Francois Payeur, Trade Commissioner from the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, visited the SLGO. He was in the region to draw up a portrait of the ocean technology industry, to identify its needs in terms of exports and to present the services his department can offer.

Mr. Serge Demers and Jean Laflamme, respectively president and treasurer of the SLGO, accompanied Ms. Gaëlle Chavignot during this visit. The event showcased the SLGO and its benefits and to lay the groundwork for promising partnership between the department and the corporation.
