The second SLGO annual general meeting was held May 27, 2009. The event included a presentation of the annual report by Mrs Joanne Hamel, Director General. Main topics included operational activities, scientific advisory committee, virtual network of experts, SLGO Internet portal development, communication and positioning as well as membership.

This AGM was also the opportunity for renewing the mandates of the corporation's administrators. As a result of this exercise, the SLGO is proud to present its Board of Directors for 2009-2010:

• Mr Serge Demers, president, 2-year renewed mandate;
• Mrs Ariane Plourde, vice-president, 1-year renewed mandate;
• Mrs Josée Charest, secretary, 1-year renewed mandate;
• Mr Jean Laflamme, 2-year mandate as newly elected treasurer;
• Mr Philippe Morel, administrator, 1-year renewed mandate;
• Mr Maurice Levasseur, administrator, 2-year renewed mandate;
• Mr Pierre Magnan, 1-year mandate as new administrator.
