Description

The SLGO Scientific Advisory Committee held its first meeting on February 10, 2009. The Committee has the mandate to provide advice to the Board of Directors with respect to strategic planning, project priorities and human resources.

Members discussed the mandate, data accessibility and data management issues, data integration, intellectual property, collaborative projects, annual planning, project proposal assessment criteria, and the need for a virtual workspace for exchanging information.
