After having completed the query by entering the various coordinates and criteria, you are ready to submit it. After clicking the icon,the Submit dialogue box opens:

You must fill in the three sections of this window: your user identification, password, and e-mail address. (You should have received confirmation of your user ID and selected password after registering on the ODMS welcome page. If you have forgotten them, you may contact Bernard Pelchat). You click Submit to confirm the information. If the number of files to download is within the allowed limit, the system will return the following message. You click OK to close the dialogue box.

If the number of files is greater than the maximum number allowed by the system (500), the following message will appear:

You must then click OK to close the dialogue box and refine your query to reduce the number of files returned (see the section building a query).
